 The day after. Yesterday we still thought that we would never ever see the sun again, today the humangous waves are just fun… The wind direction has turned from straight south to straight north.

 We’ve had an amazing amount of rain with wind and waves, just like a cyclone moving through  

surf’s good  

We had a bit of rain. But it turns our streets into moonscapes and the council can’t cope.

Belongil Beach Byron Bay.  The tide is very high and has taken about a meter of sand with it. It will come back like it has before, but for now it feels like we are losing Belongil…
